- Attend two of the three Spring 2009 Super Saturday Sessions* (March 7, April 4, May 2).
*Make sure to register at the desk to confirm your attendance on these Saturdays!- Complete a 5–page paper, following the steps below:
- Tell me something about yourself as a teacher, including the school and district where you teach and the classrooms in which you teach,** that made one or more of the teaching techniques or approaches you learned in our Super Saturday workshops especially appealing or interesting to you (2 pages).
- Tell me what you did in your classroom** in order to try out this teaching technique or approach (2 pages).
- Tell me whether you found this technique successful, partially successful, or not successful, and tell me why (1 page).
**If you are a pre-service teacher, tell me what practices you would intend to use in your future classroom(s), and what you would anticipate your students would learn from these practices.
